Why Selda exists

Our founder started his first company at fourteen — no investors, no money, just curiosity and long nights. By eighteen, they were nearly thirty people, growing faster than they understood. A €13,000 email campaign taught them that ambition without clarity can destroy what passion builds.

When everything collapsed, he didn't walk away. He started again — from zero. No salary, no safety net, just work. For years, development was funded through client projects, keeping the team together and learning what real leadership means.

The real problem: Sales was always the hardest part. Getting real meetings, reaching the right people — it felt like guessing. Agencies, automations, cold emails — most were slow, expensive, and locked behind 12-month contracts.

Out of that struggle, Selda was born — not from capital, but conviction. Something built for doers, not talkers. To make selling effortless, fast, and human.

Over four years, dozens of prototypes, failed launches, and late nights, our team grew across Finland and Sri Lanka — people from different cultures, united by one purpose: to create technology that empowers, not exploits.

Selda is proof that when you refuse to give up, hard work turns into technology — and technology turns into opportunity.
