By accessing and using Selda ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Selda per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Selda's website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Service Description
Selda provides AI-powered sales automation services including lead generation, personalized messaging, and meeting scheduling. Our service is designed to help businesses automate their sales processes and increase meeting bookings.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Selda or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Selda, even if Selda or a Selda authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
